Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Should you need to modify or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of purchase. Beyond this window, we might be unable to pause the processing of your order. Cancellations within the 24-hour period will be refunded within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
Our commitment to quality extends to our packaging, ensuring your items arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged item, report it within 72 hours of receipt by emailing hello@tranquillia.com with a photo of the damage. We’ll assess and arrange a replacement if applicable. Please note, we cannot accept returns or offer replacements for items damaged through normal wear and tear or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we aim for prompt delivery, factors beyond our control may cause delays. For issues related to shipping and delivery, we recommend contacting the courier directly. Tranquillia is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
